Yes! The server for Clachy.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with your browser – Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Chome and AOL – that allows only Clachy.com to read the personal information that you submit. You will know that you are in an encrypted area when you see a solid key (Netscape), or a closed lock (Internet Explorer, Chrome & AOL) in the lower lefthand corner of your browser window.
Should you have forgotten your password, please click on MY ACCOUNT tab and select “Reset password?” For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to the address you have fulfilled, including a link that will allow you to create your new personal password. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.
DELIVERY
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed within the next 2 business days.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.

Our maternity bags are designed with moms-to-be in mind and typically include spacious compartments for all your essentials, as well as pockets for items like diapers and bottles. Some may also include stroller straps for added convenience.
